Passionate about nutrition, Dr. Tara educates, inspires and supports her clients towards adopting a more holistic, sustainable nutrition regimen.

Dr. Tara facilitates true nutritional and lifestyle change by providing individualized nutrition counselling and by following up with patients outside of the appointment to ensure progress and to keep her patient’s on track and accountable.
